10/8 – Texas REALTORS® Industry Issues & Updates (1pm – 3pm) This session covers the latest real estate industry issues and updates, and what’s driving the industry today. DECEMBER

12/3 – Applied Ethics (9am - 12pm) Most active licensees understand that professional standards are an integral part of a successful license holder’s business model. Unfortunately, some brokers and agents don’t always adhere to the Canons of Professional Ethics as outlined in Chapter 535 within the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission or the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and can end up in trouble. The virtual series class is typically held on Thursdays and is 2-hours in duration.

Introductory to Commercial Real Estate Analysis

This course has become very popular with real estate agents and associations as well as real estate offices.  In this 3-hour course, The NCREA will take you through an introduction of the buyers and sellers’ math. You will discover the difference between before tax and after-tax ROI and how investors use them to identify their next purchase. Learn how to calculate more than just your commission in this amazing introductory class. (This class is a great prep course for the 3-day hosted by The NCREA or to use as practice if you've already received your Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialists and National Commercial Real Estate Association Designations)
